Reservation Policy
Spa/Salon services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
Cancellation
If you have an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you must cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour advance notice for all spa/salon services. This is a courtesy to our staff members, and allows us to better accommodate the needs of other clients.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours on a single service will be charged 50% of the service booked. Cancellation of less than 24 hours on multiple services and no shows will be charged 100% of the booked services price. Groups of three or more will be required to give a seven day cancellation or reschedule notice or the above fees will be initiated.
